Returns Policy 

At Social Design Supply Co, we specialize in commercial-grade furniture built to order and often customized to meet specific client needs. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges 

Due to the nature of commercial furniture—custom sizing, finishes, materials, and freight delivery—all purchases are considered final. We strongly encourage all customers to review product specifications, dimensions, finishes, and lead times carefully before placing an order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damage or error, and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

Please note: 

  • Claims made after 3 business days may not be eligible for resolution. 

  • Damage occurring after delivery (e.g., during installation or handling) is not covered. 

  • Minor variations in color, grain, or finish are considered normal for commercial furniture and are not treated as defects. Shape

Cancellations 

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, order cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@socialdesignsupply.com. If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order, subject to a processing fee.
