Welcome to Social Design Supply Co. By using our website www.socialdesignsupply.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. 

Orders and Payment 

We strive to ensure all product details, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them or cancel any order. All prices are listed in USD and must be paid in full at checkout using accepted payment methods. 

Shipping and Delivery 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, location, or product availability. Risk of loss transfers to you once your order is handed to the carrier. 

Returns and Exchanges 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of commercial-grade furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product specifications, finishes, dimensions, and lead times before placing your order. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 3 business days of delivery to report the issue.  

Intellectual Property 

All content on our site—including images, product descriptions, and branding—is owned by us or our licensors. Use of this content without written permission is prohibited.  

Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. All items are sold “as is,” unless otherwise stated.  

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Arizona.
